Our Standards

Marketing Means are a professional research agency.  We adhere to the following standards:

We are Company Partners of the Market Research Society (MRS).  We work to the Society's Code of Conduct and meet its Company Partner Quality Commitment.

We are also an accredited MRS Telephone Interviewer Training Centre, using the
MRS Accredited Interviewer Training Scheme (AITS).  Our interviewers gain the MRS Certificate in Interview Skills - an NVQ qualification.

  As an ISO 9001 (2000) accredited company, we are constantly monitoring and developing our quality systems.  These are in place both for us as a company and during the running of each research project.

We are also currently incorporating ISO 20252 (Market Research) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) into our systems.

We are also proud to be one of only eight members of the British Polling Council.
