Our friendly team of expert researchers will deliver your projects on time and on budget. We develop strong relationships with our clients and have a high level of repeat business. We provide continued and dedicated Director-level involvement on all our projects.
Research
- Overall responsibility for the company falls to Anna-Marie Hill, Managing Director.
- Graham Dumper, Research Director, and Chris Bowden, Associate Director, develop business and advise clients on research methods, design and reporting.
- Depending on the project, one of Anna-Marie, Graham or Chris will be your central point of contact.
- Senior Research Executive, supports all elements of the reserch project.
- Laurence Jenkins, Data Analyst, is responsible for the quality of the data and output. He is is supported by an Assistant Data Analyst.
Fieldwork
- Duncan Rivet, Telephone Project Research Manager, manages our telephone interviewing unit. We have 40 telephone interviewers working from our in-house call centre who are supervied by Nikki Howley and Lyn Boston. As an MRS accredited interviewer training centre all of our interviewers are trained to a high standard.
- Sonya Grocock ,Postal Project Research Manager, manages our printing, dispatch and DP unit. She is assisted by Karl Schönholzer, Postal Survey Co-ordinator.
- We have 400+ face to face interviewers nationwide who are managed by 15 experienced fieldwork managers & supervisors.
Support
- Colin Fidler, Finance Manager, implements our finance and quality systems. He is assisted by Lyn Boston, Receptionist / Administrator.
