- Telephone surveys allow you to contact a diverse or geographically spread audience quickly, whether members of the public or businesses. Our Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) systems allows fast collection of results, with automatic data verification minimising the risk of errors in recording responses.
- Face to face surveys offer a good way of collecting the views of a large number of people within a geographically limited area (or set of areas). This could be a set list of streets, a specific town centre location, or a named venue such as a tourist attraction or or leisure facility. We conduct interviewing either in-street, in-venue or door-to-door.
- In-depth interviewing allows a longer interview, with greater scope to probe into the thought processes that drive people's responses. This can be conducted either face to face or by telephone.
