We can receive any kind of form - either designed by you, or created by us in conjunction with you – and capture the data electronically.  We provide each of these services for you:

Scanning - Capturing data electronically (e.g. application forms, questionnaires, or direct mail responses) with the assurance of safe off-site data back-up

Form design - Designing new forms or adapting existing forms

Analysis - Data processing and analysis

Output - Returning data to you in your preferred format, whether MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, .csv, ASCII, SPSS, to fit seamlessly with any existing datasets that you hold 

We use use Formic Fusion software, a leading package that is fast and accurate, and allows us to receive your forms, process them and return your data files with 100% accuracy within a short timeframe.
