Surveys
Some surveys are best suited to self-completion, particularly where you do not wish to make any 'cold calls', or where the respondents will need more time to think about their answers or to go and look up specific information.
We offer services for both postal surveys and web-based surveys. Please click the links below or at left to find out more.
- Postal surveys - We mail out well over 100,000 questionnaires annually. We can handle all stages of the process including questionnaire design, printing, mailing, response handling, and all stages of data capture and analysis. We have regularly exceeded the required response targets in a range of large scale postal surveys for public sector clients.
- Web-based surveys - We prepare online survey questionnaires in SNAP format and host them online at either our own website or at an external site. Web-based questionnaires are especially useful for panel surveys, where email addresses are more likely to be known.
